The Epsom and St Helier Trust Finaical Recovery strategy is likely to lead to the following:

1. Clinical Issues
a) Reduction in Beds by 141-171
b) Close 6 wards
c) Closure of Theatres at Sutton Hospital and Nelson
d) Reduce Elderly length of Stay

2. Non Clinical
a) Rationalisation of admin staff
